Patient Coordinators and More
I just wanted to let you know how much I liked your article “The Patient Coordinator” (PSP, July 2006, pages 26–31). All of your points rang true. Most of them are in place in our practice, but it’s always great to get different perspectives and input on running the practice!

I also enjoyed your guest editorial “Help for the Healer” (PSP, May 2006, page 25). It certainly makes one feel good to give back. I’m going to make sure my boss reads this, too, and maybe he too can help in some capacity.
